At Turtle Peak, we are on a mission to turn customer service from an afterthought into a formidable part of your business and sales strategy. We don’t just take customer calls off your hands, we make tangible contributions to the success and longevity of your business.

Founded in 2016 Turtle Peak provided business support and telephone answering services for our customers.  In January of 2017, Turtle Peak began offering its services to nutraceutical clients for whom we generated mid-six figures of additional revenue per month for them. Through our unscripted approach, we’ve helped to consistently maintain chargeback and refund rates that are 50% below the industry norm for CPG companies.  In 2018, the company expanded to a comprehensive BPO model offering telephony, chat, social media email, as well as front and back-office support services.

Since then, the results we’ve achieved for our clients has driven our growth.   We’ve grown quickly and now provide a broader spectrum of high-quality customer service and BPO solutions to clients in a variety of industries.  You’ll notice the Turtle Peak difference from the very first day you work with us.  Our services are delivered 100% from the United States.   We only hire enthusiastic employees who genuinely care about helping others.  We foster a family-like culture, and our company is filled with employees who LOVE their job and LOVE talking to your customers. I run point on special projects, drive cross-functional initiatives, and turn big ideas into executable plans — all while keeping the vibe high (think Brooklyn grit and a Mariah Carey soundtrack).
